Yes. We require tenants to provide insurance on all contents stored and offer tenant insurance at affordable monthly rates.
Only DEAD storage is permitted. You CANNOT store any animals (alive or dead), food, perishables, plants(alive or dead), liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and biological contaminants. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
